Copper Flanges is the copper alloy desk of Texas Flange & Fittings Inc., a Houston flange supplier that has been machining and shipping industrial pipe flanges since 1986.

Texas Flange built its business on ASME and non-code industrial pipe flanges for the petrochemical, process and waterworks industries. Carbon steel, stainless, chrome alloy and specialty grades, in sizes from 1/2 inch through 203 inches, across the full pressure class range from Class 75 up through API 20K.

Copper alloys are a narrow, demanding corner of that catalog. They get specified when the fluid is seawater, brackish water or brine, and when the system has to survive decades with limited access. That work does not come off a shelf. It gets machined from plate, bar and forgings to the pattern the project needs, whether that is an ASME B16.5 footprint, an ASME B16.24 cast pattern, or a naval drawing.

The advantage of being part of a general flange house rather than a copper specialist is range. When a seawater system needs copper-nickel flanges at the intake and superduplex downstream and carbon steel on the utility side, that is one purchase order and one point of contact.

What we do

Copper alloy flanges

C70600, C71500, bronze, aluminum bronze, naval brass and nickel-copper, to pattern or to print.

The full material list

Carbon, chrome, stainless, duplex, aluminum, Hastelloy, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel and titanium.

Custom and off-pattern work

Past the standard tables, the job is a drawing. We machine to it, through 203 inches.

Certification

MTRs available on all grades. Tell us at quote stage if you need a specific revision or third party witness.

Hard-to-find grades

There are grades no flange producer stocks. We source them and make them to requirement.

Drawings and data

CAD and 3D models on request, plus dimensional and weight data for the standard patterns.
